Official Hamilton County criminal-record questions belong with the office that created or keeps the record. This page routes court files to the Circuit Clerk, local arrest and incident material to the sheriff, and statewide history questions to the Illinois State Police. It also states the limits of this private reference site.

This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull criminal records, run official background checks, remove or correct a record, or accept expungement filings for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.
